PASTEL DREAM, TRIPLE het VPI T Positives

creptilia Jul 18, 2007 11:45 PM

in a Boaphile!!! Hey!

Hello All,
Here is a litter I have been waiting for- I tried last year, but to no avail. I am glad she went one day early (104 days), so as to not torture me by holding onto to these healthy and vibrant babies beyond the "expected" date. What a genetic wonder?

This has been a cool project all way around. The dam was produced by me back in 2003 from a male "Boo" line Ghost and female Ronne Pastel Dream het Anery (het Ivory). She was the ONLY Ghost in the entire litter, and now she has given me babies! The VPI line T Positive sire is a total stud and has done me proud. My goal in this breeding was to use the Pastel line to clean and color up the T Positives down the road, as well as the T Positive Ghosts, Sunglows, and Snows. Can you imagine a T Positive Ghost, with VPI line's natural pinks, lavender's, and overall pastel-ish coloration?

These guys are going to color up so nicely! The T Positive influence in the Hypos is incredible- just wait. I have a 2 year old DH VPI T Positive Sunglow whom is unreal.

Here is a looker. Nice color already!

Here are the DH VPI T Positive Snows. I had more DH's than Triples. At first glance I thought I had more, but I believe it was the Pastel Dream influence in some that made me think they were Hypos. T Positive Snows- mmmmmm.

This one almost looks like a T Positive!

As you can tell, I am very excited. I know these are going to be killer when the baby grays go away and the T Positive influence kicks in! I will make sure to post some pics when they have shed. I wish people gave the Ghosts more credit, as they are key to some of the best combinations out there. T Positives rule!!!

Great stuff! It's all great news! I can't wait to see an Anery or a Ghost T-Pos in whatever bloodline makes them first! Looks like you are well on your way!!

Congrats Ron. I know last year was a bit of a bummer for you, so this must feel great. Huge congrats to you, what else can I say.

Congrats Ron! Fabulous litter! That was my most awaited litter this year also! I don't know why but a caramel albino anery or ghost I think is going to be pretty neat looking! Already the triple hets have gotten a ton of pink on them in the past few months-so look for yours to really color up!! I'll post some pics of these older ones for people to see. You have done great with that male-!!
