i just got a female baby ball python i really want to get her real big and fat but i want it done in a healthy way. i also want to know how fast she will grow and how long it will take. if anyone has any info (jkearney3806@yahoo.com)

The average female ball python will take 3-4 years to hit a breeding weight of 1500 grams. If you powerfeed...perhaps 2.5-4 years

each female is different. Some gain wight faster than others. I would not reccomend powerfeeding take it nice and slow they grow quickly, Here is a pic I took earlier this year the bigger one is a year old and the other is a two week old baby. The one year old at the time was 750 grams.

As Melindaste said, each female is different, but I have never failed to have a female be 1000 by her 1st birthday feeding one appropriate sized meal a week. Maybe I'm just lucky in that regard.
