Paradox Spider

morphed Jul 19, 2007 10:01 PM

It may not be the best example of a paradox but it is really cool in person. It still has "paradox" blotches down its sides, the pictures are really bad my good camera wasnt charged. Ill take more pics as soon as she sheds. Yes it was a girl, good thing for s after vowing not to hold back any more males.

Thanks for looking

I like it. Not sure if I think it "nicer" looking than a normal spider, but it is definintely interesting! Which is a good thing. The high white is attractive too, not a bad hatch! Very cool!

It looks like a marbled spider....check mom for little black smudges...they can be very unnoticeable...

Thanks everyone, I looked at mom and didnt see anything out of the ordinary, she is just a big normal girl we have had for awhile. We had a lot of spiders last year and a few clutches this year hatched already and we havent seen anything like it pop up before. I just thought she was cool and i would share it with you guys. We will be holding her back and try breeding her to an albino in the future since the paradox gene seems to pop up alot with the albino trait. As of right now she is a cool spider, i doubt it will be anything more then that, but it would be cool if there was something else at play.
Thanks Kim
