I'm not familiar with these new regs (aside from reading what was in the above link). I'm also not familiar with the opinions of the keepers/breeders in Florida.
So, my question are:
Do Florida keepers/breeders feel that these new regs create an undue burden?
Do keepers/breeders from other states feel that these regs might set a negative precedent that other states will follow?
IF the aswers are "yes", we should all consider following the above link and contacting the Florida Governor to request a veto.
Governor already signed it, I just keep info there for info, but I gess I will update it to make it more clear. Now that bill is signed u/owner might have some input on hwo the bill will be inplemented, and that is what the input period to July 30 is.
Also note, while the insurance 'might' help somebody who gets injured, the bond just goes to the FWC, aka government, pretty stupid.
