I have to say that they rock... I like the western locals myself, just neat animals.

Congrats on the bumper crop

They are nice, but 10"s???????? You're very generous Steve! Of course "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". I would love to have a pair but 7-8 is all the higher I would give the best ones. No offense made to anyone, just my 2 cents worth. What do other guys think? Remember, 10's from the Xmas should start with Boydens and go from there. In my opinion. BA

The hatchlings with little circles and the the middle one with all the bands and alternates. Those are 10's in my book. I also like the black with orange or red. A lot of variety in xmas.

Then again some folks like Stu T. would tell you "Steve is one of those guys who can say good traits in every Alterna. I don't think he has ever seen an ugly one".

Congrats on the hatchlings. If we produced some like that, it would be hard to trade any...

Take Care,

Steven

thanks. I am really excited about this clutch. The female is not my favorite Xmas nor is the male-but the offspring are very variable. The male is black on charcoal with almost no red. I like how that many darken with age so some will look totally different in a few years. The female has regained her weight and looks to be ready to lay again-we will see.

cheers!
