Well, Lily's pic took the President's Award and 2nd Place in the Animals/Pets/Wildlife category in the Power of Photography Show. This is the first photo contest I've ever entered, so I'm ecstatic. I wouldn't even call photography a hobby (maybe not until now, lol). There were 800 photos entered by adults, of which the top 300 are selected for the show. My picture of Golden Boy also made it into the show. Some other pictures that I submitted didn't make it. All youth pictures submitted were displayed (17 of them). My youngest son entered two pics. His pic of our dog Zoe was awarded 3rd place in Youth. 
A big Thank You to all who suggested titles for my pics. I went with "O, solo mio" for Lily's pic, and "I'm ready for my close-up" (had to shorten it for lack of space) for Golden Boy's pic.
