Is this a south morph of indian star?

It looks like an Indian Star. There is no scientific study of which I am aware differentiating morphs of (mainland) Indian Stars. What else do you think it may be? By Southern morph, do you mean a Sri Lankan Star? It definitely doesn't look like a Sri Lankan (or a Burmese) Star to me. Don't know if this was helpful or not, but I am trying to interpret the reason for the question. Knowing that might be helpful in ruling out certain things.

I'm sure that it is the indian morph. I do not mean Sri Lanka Star. Hans- J. Bidmon in his article "Geochelone elegans (Schoepff, 1795), the Indian star tortoise: is it really a "difficult" tropical tortoise? Several years of indoor and outdoor husbandry and breeding in Germany" mentioned even south and north indian morph...
