Toads for food?

justagirl Aug 19, 2003 02:55 AM

Hello,

I am new here...my last message accidently got disappeared by me! I hate went that happens! This will be much shorter...
I found an injured Eastern Kingsnake that I am nursing back to health...I hope...
I have read up on the diets, to make sure to feed him properly.
I haven't seen much about toads as a good choice...
I don't have much choice where I live...no pet stores around...
Lizards and Toads are the best bet for me to catch...
Toads being the easiest of course...
Is there any reason that a toad would not be a good choice?
Thanks...

Check out Keith Hillson's excellent resource page on Eastern Kingsnakes. It should give you everything you need to know about feeding.
