Could they be fighting or maybe breeding? When I put one of my males and a female together last year she had litle white spots and I finally looked real close and it looked like shed and I figured out that they were bite marks, when I saw the male bite her tail and leave the same mark. I went away with her next shed. Not eating is most likely due to stress of the new cage and ech other. They will probably get over it as long as they aren't both males.

thats weird cuz i took my male and a female out today to clean out their cages and they had a few here and there but it was just on their little dot areas like the purple was turnind blak and the whitish part was falling off like shed. So it might be the bite marks that were said, cuz they tried to breed at one time too on my bed, cuz they are normally seperated so it migh be that or coloring changing from purple to the balck like normal.

At the pet store I worked at, i had a couple of Emerald Swifts with white spots on their backs. It turned out that it was a fugus. I understand that leos and swifts are WAY different, so i would go with what others are saying, and if they don't go away with their shed, take them to the vet. But I think they are prolly right with the bite marks theory.
