Just kidding it is actualy a very smart question. Indigo is a large mellow racer and all mentioned have granular eggs.

thats what i was thinking they all eat the same way and have alot of the same behavers like pinning there prey and all eat other snakes I'm interested in learning as much as i can about thease snakes maybe even breed some even though i turned my racer back lose I learned alot the shorttime i had her if i were to start breeding them three that I'm most enterested in breeding for a begaining are the norther black racer the western coachwhip and californa striped racers not ready just yet though but I am enterested in learing about all of thease snakes
Racers as a group seem to be the hardest snake to consistently reproduce and rear. You will need to ask alot of stupid questions to be successful. LOL............Bill

thats true have you ever raised them? the one I had ate good and even in front of me a few times are even snakes like indigos hard to breed? I have hurd they will attack each other indigos will racers I know that even kingsnakes will eat other kingsnakes including there young is the same true with racers?
My specialty is Coachwhip snakes and Spilotes although I am growing up a few Cribos. Coachwhip are easy to breed hard to hatch and the young are impossable to get feeding although I have done it. The work involved in Coachwhip snakes is extremely time consuming.

Cribos is one I'm veary interested in are racer hatchlings any diffent as far as getting them to eat like coachwhips and what about the other ones a 10foot cribo sounds like a really cool snake what are they like?
I have had no trouble getting cribos to eat but I know some breeders who struggle to get them feeding. I scent with cricket frog.
