imridethelghtng Jul 24, 2007 02:07 PM

Well the building is standing now. Still lots to be done. I have an electrician coming over today. Still need plumbing, sheetrock, and insulation. But its coming together. Here are some pics from today.

Thats awesome.
How much something like this will go for?
I need to do something like this real soon.

This building was built on skids. So its considered a portable building. No permits required for portable buildings. The building is 12X30, and when finished will cost me around $14,000.

Very nice set up. I would of put the door on the end in the center having it open outward. That way cages and racks could line all the way down both walls. Looks great plenty of room. What is the actual size?

How much is the electrician and plumber costing you, if you don't mind my asking? I am in the process of doing the same thing. I already have the building, just need the P and E....

I've got calls in for estimates all around town...

Where are you located...If you are near me I can basically guarentee the lowest price. Let me know. Thank you

Kevin,

Congrats on the building! Its always nice to see people commiting a bunch of new space to their hobby. Remember what we always say in this industry... Bigger buildings lead to even BIGGER buildings!

Good Luck...
