I went down to the river on sunday and caught a some minnows. The male easter box turtles loves them. There are small like only one inch long but he ate 10 of them the first day i had them. My two girl box turles just poked them with there nose and didnot eat them.

our 3 guys all love minnows. they will almost as many as we are willing to feed them.
we do not feed them minnows daily. once evry couple weeks or so.
if you put one in the water dish, they sometimes try to catch it.
