We ordered a new rack from Scott @ Vision Products on 7/16/07 and received it today. Considering transit time from California to Mississippi is 4-5 days, that is excellent service. We have experienced first hand, rack manufacturers who don't return their phone calls and emails and want to hold your money for up to six weeks, so it is very refreshing to deal with someone who knows how to do it right and makes a great product also! Thanks Scott. We will be back.

we have bought over 20 racks from vision over the past two years and i agree with you on their service: it is simply the best!
...scott even brought several hundred tubs and a couple hatchling racks to the anaheim show for me last year on short notice and personally spent an hour helping me load my uhaul in the socali heat. the only thing possibly better than their service is the racks themselves! they fit together like piano keys....you can slide them open and closed with your pinky...goodbye rails!
...and the overall customizability for heat and humidity is the best out there as far as i am concerned...for example...we needed some more hatchling racks so we asked them to just ship enough hatchling sized spacers, and enough bottoms to finish out another hatchling rack to use with the existing pieces we had for an adult rack...a pretty specialized order....no problem!
since it is cooler near the concrete floor in our room, we just simply put a few extra coils of heat rope on the bottom trays to alleviate....u da man scott!
