Lost another egg to mold. It turned yellow, collapsed, got all squishy and moldy. Threw it out. To be honest, that one was pretty iffy anyway.
The other four look fine, I'm hoping they'll make it to the end. It's amazing I got any at all this year.
I candled the eggs yesterday with a mini Mag-lite and was able to discern a network of blood vessels in all the eggs. In one of them, I was able to see the embryo, a little less than 1 cm long.
Sixty to eighty days is going to seem like forever.
