Heat cable works best on those . David of DS Reptile Rescue

The small flexwatt pads made by Exo Terra work the best.

It is always a good idea to use a temp controller when using an undertank heat pad.

I use a couple of them for my kings, so I do not use heat but if you use low watt flex-watt...either 6W 3in or 8W 4in and put the sensor between the tape and the bottom of the cage, you should be OK as long as you set the thermostat for around 90' One nice thing....if the temp probe is 90', the temp that the animal is at will be very close because the bottom is so thin. Just use a good thermostat and a backup because if it runs away....it will melt right through.
