I haven't seen you on the boards of late, I hope you aren't affected by the flooding.

Boost I'm elated that someone was thinking of me, lol.

I have missed you guys, popped in once or twice but I got told off at work for excessive internet usage (shame on me), so I have been limited to home usage for a week or two and I have to fight Stuart for the laptop.

The floods here have been terrible, I live just outside of Evesham which is one of the worst hit places, my friend from work had to spend the night in the car on the motorway Friday night because there was no way for the traffic to get through. A woman gave birth the same night in her car on the motorway, she was alone and the ambulances could not get to her so she was in her car with a newborn baby on her own (I can just imagine the birth certificate - PLACE OF BIRTH: M5 Motorway between Junction 8 and 9, lol) People locally were lifted by helicopter from their roof tops, the financial director from my office had to kip in a pub with a dozen other people who were also stranded (he was only 2.5 miles from home too), and homes have been 6 feet underwater. I saw on the news that people were finding fish in their houses as the water was subsiding and were returning them to the local waterways, but I live in a second floor apartment, so we didnt see anything but rain really. Hopefully all will be rectified soon, I just hope we eventually see some nice weather, the last day without rain was in early June, but I'm told it should start to dry up in a week or two...I know England is famous for the wet weather but this really does take the biscuit.

I have two things to look forward to anyway..... I'm off to Holland to buy some lizards from Peter next weekend (weather permitting) and I'm going to the cottage for a few days from the 18th August, BRING ON THE SUNSHINE
