Heating questions...

Ok to start off I live in the UK. I have never seen "heat tape" for sale. (Does anyone know where I can source some?)

I am going to create a small rack type for some Viper and baby leopard geckos as an extension to my current vivarium.

Question is heating. Would rear heating be ok or does the UTH need to be Under the tank? I know idealy it would be but do you think I could get rear heating the rack?

More details.
The rack shelves will be 12"Wx6"hx17D". (Width, Hight, Depth 3 draws high.) The containers are going to be custom build glass draws. I wanted to under heat them but I am now thinking I may have to back heat them instead.

Any ideas views would be great.
