popping babies

I have a silly question.Can I pop my baby corns before their first shed,or should I wait?? Thanks!, Jeff

it can certainly be done. But consider this, fresh hatchling babies are usually tender, full of yolk...ect... and the more days you wait, the more they are into their first shed cycle... I myself wait till after that first shed, heck even after that first meal and they've digested it before I harass them with sexing. Cause I keep em for several meals anyhow. So no rush to sex them here. But yes, you can sex them upon hatching.
