It looks like you have 1 hypo and 1 anery mixed in with that group of ghosts - I wouldn't call it a normal.

Well if I had a hypo and a ghost I would expect all hypos and ghosts unless of course there is a different form of hypo floating around in the gene pool. I suspect Ultra in the RE ghost. Then again it could be anery b. In thoses cases the neonate would be normal which I'm pretty sure this one is. the picture doesn't do it justice.
