This tiger is on fire

Jim123 Jul 26, 2007 03:32 PM

Here is my new addition that arrived this morning. Pretty cool if I do say so myself. Not many of these out there yet. Sorry about the poor quality picture. I will try to get some better ones up soon.

For those of you that don't know it is a platinum/fire tiger.

Thanks for looking.

Jim

i bought a pair of dwarf tiger retics that look like nothing i can find on here. all the pics of tigers i find are darker by alot. these guys are yellow and gold. i saw the pic of the platinum/fire and the colors look alot alike to me. i am not saying that mine are the same as yours but could you please let me know if the are different than normal tiger or if its my imagination.

spider916 Jul 31, 2007 03:24 PM

i bought them from steeve gooch. they are supposed to be dwarf tigers. i trust him very much and love the animals. they are great feeders. the pics dont show just how gold colored they are. thanks for the reply.

Unless you paid several thousand dollars for each one I highly doubt that they are platinum/fire tigers. Steve would have sold them as such. None the less, yours are very nice looking snakes.

No I didn't spend thousands of dollars on these and I'm happy with them just being really nice looking dwarf tigers. Thanks for the input.

does the tiger gene influence the outcome of the plat gene when expressed, it is now a fire tiger, but a plat tiger has yet to be produced no? with the one being rec and the other dom, I was wondering what the phenotype would look like a Plat tiger ???

did I ask that question correctly ?? lol
