Hi, guys, I'm new in the hobby. I'm trying to setup my 125 gallon tank for bearded dragons, I put 100 lbs paly sand and screen hood already, but what kind of light (include heating light and UV light) do I need for them ? Thank you. the dimension are 18"D, 24"T and 72"W.

UVB - A Zoo Med Reptisun 10.0 Flourescent gives penetration to 20" so that could be a problem in a 24" deep tank. You could use a mercury vapor bulb (mvb) but it must face straight down or the filiment will break often. MVB's must be no closer than 18" to the animal.

The ambient temp on the hot side of the tank should be in the low 90's and the ambient on the cool side should be low eighties or even as low as room temp since your cage is very long. A raised basking spot should have a surface temp. of 105-110 for adults and sub adults and closer to 115 for babies and juveniles.
