Ok i cannto tell if my 2 female mice are prego.....they were with a male in a ten gallon tank for about 11 days on july 1-the 11th on the 11th the male was fed to my baby retic....now its the 26th and they dont look that much bigger what does everyone think what day will I definately be able to tell and do you thinkt here pregnant...thanks

they could withhold sperm for awhile and although bred may not get pregnant for awhile. the only way to know for sure is if you saw them breed or a month down the road you see them getting fatter, otherwise, time for a new male. I have 3 females feady to pop anyday. But it's hard to tell any otherway for sure unless you see them breeding is all. i would of kept the male in until you saw them getting fatter then fed off, but guess you had to do what you had to do eh?

Mice may or may not have bred in that time. They are social creatures and like to be together for a while before producing. Often a month before working on it and another month before you see pups.
Give them another week and you will know for sure....21day gestation.
