Algae on shell- problem?

ketel1 Aug 19, 2003 10:32 AM

When I inherited my RES, she had algae on her carapace. I never thought anything of it. Is it a problem I should be aware of? I do occasionally scrub off what I can with a toothbrush but it never completely comes off.
Thanks for your input.
