I have a problem. I bought 3 balls 1000 grams ea from a guy. He shipped 1 700 gram, 1 659gram, and 1 1000gram. Not what I bought. He said he would refund the money for the 2 I didn't get and the shipping charge to ship the small ones back. But now he wants me to ship them back before he pays!! yeah right!! I said no and said to just pay the difference of 100 and I'll keep them. He said no and offered 50.00. I want to warm everyone about him. Should I inthe forums and how? This was the first on this happening and in the past 2 months I have bought 6 snakes with NO problems. Thanks

Sorry about that man. It take time to find a reputable breeder to buy frome.

My opinion is this:

1) If the snakes are healthy, then not so bad.

2) There are worse things in the world that can happen to you.

3) Don't blast his name anywhere. If you don't like the seller, don't give him repeat business.

Actually, to sue for libel, you have to prove that what was said is untrue, and you may also have to prove that the person knew it was untrue, not sure about this. Also nobody's going to pay thousands of dollars in attorney fees to sue someone who made a post on a message board.
