im looking to build a new enclosure for my snake. It is only about 16", but I know that by December it will definitely need a bigger cage than the 10 gallon its in right now. If anyone has built an enclosure or knows how, i have a few questions:
What's the best type of materiel to make the frame out of? How will I be able to heat it? And lastly, how will I provide ventilation for the snake? Any help and tips are very much appreciated.

How should i make the opening, a screen at the top or a sliding glass plate in the front? I would prefer to have a sliding glass door for acouple reasons, but whichever would workout better for the snake.
