Lets see your sterliet/rubbermaid cages!

So I have been thinking about making more cages to expand my snake collection. I don't really want a rack because I like to view my animals. Yet I don't want to make anything with wood either, because of money and ease of cleaning. Anyways I was just wondering if any of you all convert the taller rubbermaid/sterlite/iris tubs into cages where its easier to view your reptile and easier to clean the cage? Does this make since? Hopefully someone understands what I am trying to convey here! lol! Anyways been thinking of just buying large tubs and stacking them. Any suggestions on making the tubs look more appealing and setting them up is appreciated. Thanks

I've been thinking of doing something similar. Working on something for my brothers' beardie and tegu.
Also, I'm thinking of a bolt-on flange with a hinged door so the whole tub can be turned on it's side (but at a slight angle) and then bolted onto a vertical rack. Basically a poor man's Neodesha setup, except you can see through the sides, too. It's just an idea right now because I don't have need for it (my breeders are alll in racks and my pets are in glass aquariums). I'll post pics if I ever build it.
I used to stack all my sterilites before I built my racks. And I'd velcro Zoo Med heat pads to the ends. Removable for easy cleaning. Worked pretty well.
Here are some pics of a homemade rack.
