Last night i saw a man walking along 287N picking up cans is he breaking the law Seems that picking up cans along a major hiway would be more dangerous than hunting snakes from the road. if there is no law against it then i think i can drive a few wardens crazy by walking the cuts picking up cans

Sound good to be. Take a nice set of grabbers(tongs) and a cloth bag to carry the debris (wink..wink) and it's all legal. No one ever said it's illegal to pick up trash.

why not adopt highways for real?

The Wardens just want you to be safe and obey the laws. It's their bosses that want to sweep us under the rug.
