After much waiting, I finally got a hold of my first Pit... I went with a Female Out-crossed Hypomelanistic Stillwater Bullsnake from Rob Nimmo with Peace River Herps. (Who I highly, highly recommend.)

The first pic was taken once she went into shed, after she hatched on 7/9.
And the rest are from when she arrived on 7/24.

I am obviously VERY excited about her, and I may breed her when she is older. (She should turn out to be a pretty sharp looking adult.)

Isn't getting snakes in the mail the BEST!!! It's better than XMAS!

Every time I was 'expecting', I was like kid waiting up for Santa or something, watching out the window, running out to meet the Fed-Ex guy at his truck, etc.

Man- now I feel like buying a snake, just so I've got something REALLY GOOD to expect in the mail!!!
