free roaming question

Mike D Jul 28, 2007 01:08 PM

Hello all,

Havent been on here for a while. but anyways i am going to be setting up my iguana to free roam and i have a quick question to those of you who do this how big of a cage do you use to keep your iguana in at night and when you are not home? i was reading in an old reptiple magazine that i had around that had a great write up on iguana care and it said that a cage 6.5 feet tall 5 feet wide and 3 feet deep is good for sleeping in and being in while im not home. does that seem sutable to you guys?

thanks for any and all help

That sounds about right, but I would make it 4 feet, not 3 feet.
Still, for a free-roaming iguana, it's not bad at all.

Cage? What cage?? Our Iggi has been a whole house free roamer for the past 6 years. She has her own bed, in her own bedroom. Here is her in her latest bed.
