new black throat,,, taming problem

hey,
i just got a new black throat from upstate exotics. its very nice its about 3 feet long and it is a little agressive. what is the best way to tame it down.??

First thing would be let it settle in and get used to it's new place, this will keep the stress down.

Second would be do not expect him to be something he is not. You cannot force it to be tame or to like you it just happens.

Work with it after it settles in and then gradualy he should get used to you and see you as a non threat.

You know,like jumbo shrimp,pretty ugly or taped liveGive it some time to adjust first,then start working to gain it's trust.
