I've been soaking her eyes off and on all night and the eyecaps are still firmly stuck. She is being so good letting me soak them but they just won't budge. Does this normally take time? She's my baby of the clan so it's killing me not helping her. HELP!!

i know when mine went through this same thing it took a couple days to get them off. just keep soaking her and give it a little time, i know how hard it can be.
