...that she was gravid! This a new situation for me. Stillborns and slugs are not anywhere as exciting as a nice robust litter. The Mom is my first litters holdback (only kept her)with a first time male I actually bought as a baby. The good news is.....I quess my probing was accurrate! Mom has never refused a meal the entire gestation. Do they look premature to you? Very pale, odd cresents and terribly disappointing.

I miss you folks and will try to visit more often. One more litter to go for me. Hope everyone has a great season!

...The PIC does not show up for me. I take it the entire litter was slugs and stillborns? I hate when that happens!!! Post more here when you can.

it looked like a litter of about 8 with a few slugs and the rest stillborns but one looked like it managed to poke it's head through the sac but judging by their colors or lack there of cuz all of them had no color but looked like those silver and taupe beauties we have been talking about lately, sorry about that Linda and better luck next time and hope mom is alright

Sorry to hear about the bad clutch. But, it's nice to see that you're still out there Linda.

I can't see the pic either. Any survivors? Good luck with the next one.

That's too bad, did any make it? I like that one with the dorsal stripe. These almost look like Brazilians, but sort of don't at the same time. What type are they?

At least you know your girl is a girl!
