Does anyone else use these? If so, would please post a pic of the inside of a wired unit. I am having trouble figuring out how to wire in the power cord and and power strip. The diagrams all look like the wiring is not grounded, and the input and output that I have are both grounded. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, you tie the two grounds together. You can use a wire-nut or one of those end-connectors that you crimp both wires together.

Green wires together (or green/white for Europe);
White wires together (or blue for Europe);

Input black wire to relay COM (brown for Europe)
Output black wire to relay N.O.
Unit set to HEAT mode.
