1.2 Breeding Advice

shedthegear Jul 31, 2007 12:48 PM

I have the following:

1.0 Anery 100% Het Snow
0.1 Anery 100% Het Snow
0.1 Anery 66% Het Snow

I'd like to try to use the male with both females this year. Any advice on the best way to do this?

I normally would purchase a male for the female possible, but I don't have any cage space and want to prove her out with minimal expense.

Should I put all 3 together?
Should I rotate the male every week/every-other week?

Thanks.

I'd put him in with both females. After he shows you who he likes best, remove the other female. When and only when the one he likes best ovulates and goes into a Post Ovulation Shed, I'd put him in with the other female and not until then. That's what I'd do.
