I need data from every state.....

We need to find out exactly how many states allow non-game collecting on the road or right of way.

If you know for a fact that a state ALLOWS this, post here or send me an e-mail, please and thanks.

the ones I know that allow it:
AZ
CA
NM
MS
RI

In New York there is no law against it. I do not know if it is specifically allowed. The same, I believe, is the case with Ohio (or was when I lived there).

Kentucky allows road collecting of 5 animals per person.
