WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP! This kind of reporting is irresponsible, and the guy at the pet shop (if he was even interviewed) doesn’t know squat about Balls! They said a 3’ Ball attacked a toddler BECAUSE IT WAS HUNGRY and the pet shop owner agreed!?! This all happened at a duck pond and the snake went for the kid out of hunger, that’s just stupid. A Ball might go for a SMALL duckling but that’s about it. It bit out off fear, probably after getting stepped on. I think this was designed to conger up images of a giant movie like Python coming out of the depths of a duck pond to consume old ladies and kids.
Now for the pet owner who abandoned his snake; what the @#$% was he thinking! If he or she didn’t want the snake anymore just give it to a pet shop or put it in the paper, don’t mess it up for the rest of us! I would love to get my hands on somebody doing that. I have a Ball someone found in a dumpster, behind an apartment building in a 10gallen tank, two blocks from a pet shop who sells reptiles. I think that person who did that should spend a summer week in the dumpster!
Now I’m going to be pissed all morning.
Another irresponsible snake owner giving the hobby a bad rep. Randy W.

Nice Hog! Is dad a hog?
did you see how perfect the bite marks were? I thought that was pretty cool myself. I figured whoever had owned the snake went to the park with it around their neck. Then while at the park took the snake and put it on the ground or a branch and smoked a blunt, then forgot the snake
I used togo to that park a few years ago and trust me, that is a possible scenario. I just that it was a diffrent type of animal related story than the usual, pit bull bites child.
