should wax worms be fed to my cham regularly? or as a treat? what about butterworms?

should wax worms be fed to my cham regularly? or as a treat? what about butterworms?

Somebody correct me if I am wrong here....
Neither of these should be regular food. They are too high in fat to be a good staple. Maybe one twice a week or so. Now if a female is gravid..well..Im not sure..but Id assume extra calcium would be needed. 
Here is what my schedule generally is:
50% crix, 30% silk 10%Butter 10%wax
sometimes the crix and silks' get switched...
what I would like to do is:
35% crickets, 25% silk worms, 10% butter, 10% wax, 10% roaches, 10% moths...
but that is a perfect world.
