I don't do alot of internet shopping for reptile supples. Most I just pick up at reptile shows. I have ordered stuff a few times from LLLreptiles and found the experience most satisfactory...even things normally difficult to ship to Canada, they have emailed me about and informed me of the situation before shipping. Such as being unable to ship UVB florescent tubes over the border. I will learn such complications within 24-36 hours of ordering online. (depending on what odd hour I decided to place the order and the fact I may not have checked my email for awhile since they sent me a message).
One other place online in the States i tried order stuff from, turned out not to ship stuff to Canada...only found out about half way through the check out process...though that may be due to the florescent UVB bulbs I was going to order...but then went to lllreptiles when I couldn't do it at the first place (Beanfarm) but their system told me it could not be done, but not why. Or Beanfarm just may not ship to Canada right now. I dont' remember for sure now. As that was several months ago, they may ship to Canada now. Beanfarm certainly did a wonderful job collecting fees and sponsoring/organizing the IHS up here in Canada so it would have been nice to been able to buy stuff from them..but supplies isn't something they brought up with them for the symposium.
For Canadian online sites....most of them I just order feeder insects from, not 'dry goods' as I find them rather expensive and there are not really good all comprehensive online suppliers located in Canada that I have found. Some will sell the basics but not everything I would want to get. Hence why I pick up what I need at shows and what I can't get at shows, I get from the states.
I must say that, for many things, the hassle to order across the border, makes it impractical to bother, so I just buy locally when I can find them. But some things I just can't find easily in Canada, or they are really over priced compared to what I see listed in the states. So if the added cost of dollar difference, shipping and the inedible duty still makes it cheaper, I will order it online from the states, otherwise, I will just buy it up here.

Sounds good the chance to buy those things personaly, but unfortunately its not possible for me. I am from south america and there`re no shows here
As is expensive to buy online and receive in my country, due to import taxes things can get the price doubled, I am thinking about to buy online and get somebody in USA to receive and send me here in a cheaper mode. Just researching for while,
Thanks for reply and sorry my bad english,
Lachesis
I have been buying from Bean Farm for a long time. I think it is a great business. Before Bean Farm Neodesha was outstanding but the original owners sold the business and it eventually closed out except for the cage part of the business. I get great service from Superior Enterprises for my shipping supplies.
