Is anyone reading these articles Wes is posting? These people have a career where the standard is to maintain the integrity of the English language at its highest...and I can find numerous grammatical errors in many of these articles. I feed snakes and talk to kids for my small living. These reporters should be ashamed.

journalists use to fall into 2 categories, real and "tabloid" but nowadays, it's all about the tabloid/entertainment aspect of it. i can barely write anymore thanks to the internet. i literally only write a few measurements down at work every day and that's it, the rest is online and typing lol.
it's a competition to get attention though.

I blame spell checkers to a degree. People run what they've written through a spell checker and if it comes through with no errors, they think they're good to go...
