I am not sure if they are underrated by any means. I DO know that they are overly beautiful snakes.
I just think they are like the other recessive snakes.......people do not take the time to work with them as they are looking for the quick buck working with co-dom genes, hense the reason Mojaves went from $7500 to $500 in 2 years. They are all over.
With that said, I am not sure they are priced at this time for everyone to afford.
Nevertheless, you have a great looking snake there. Keep up the good work!

under rated no i think once the price drops slighty it will help alot not asking for $200 carmels no but the price is a lil high for us "lil" guys much like alot of morphs. one day ill get some one day lol
Very nice animal. I hope to produce a couple this next season. Recessives rule!
.
It's like the white on pied....
You don't know where/how much of it you will have.
Exciting.
They really are a nice looking morph.
What a shame.
Wobble head spiders, Bubble/ bottle nosed black pastels, along with da kinks in da carmels...with all the genetic tinkering, you gotta wonder when the 3-headed, four-eyed, bat-faced monster is gonna poke his head up outda' Ralph's incubator?
Lol..
Your description gave me a vision of the three-eyed fish from the Simpsons.
LOL
I can only speak for these Caramel Albino's. Two years with breeding the same visual mother and father and no kinks. I feel like the kinking problems can be worked out in cross breeding. My subject heading should have read- Caramel Albino's under appreciated future combo potential. I didn't mean to come across as monetary underrated.
Thanks for all the comments, Skip

caramel albino. I do agree that selective cross breeding will hopefully remove the kinks that ocasionally appear. Good luck!

I think that you are right on.
Next to pieds caramels get the most oooooos when people see my collection.
Next year I'll be producing double hets for pied caramels the following year caramel clowns, caramel pastels, caramel mojaves, caramel spiders..........Some say under rated I say under estemated.
I also agree with your statement about selective breeding.
Kinks, what kinks.
Next generation caramels will rule.
