Wow, congrats Mike!! Is it your Hypo Male #2? I haven't seen the picture yet... is it in the Sept issue? My local pet store only had the Aug issue and I didn't see it in there. I think I may have to buy a subscription.... I'm almost always flipping through a copy when I'm there.

Thanks a lot Scott and the rest of you guys. I really appreciate your nice comments. I haven't seen the piece yet myself but am very excited to be in Reptiles. I've been reading the thing since it was The Vivarium.

Jasmine, not only has a rainbow never been featured in breeders choice, they've never been featured in the magazine period. Rainbows have been underrepresented in herp circles for a long time. Hopefully, that will change.

Aubrey, it's actually in the October issue (which is released in August). Like I said, I haven't seen it yet but I think the pic they used (I hope the pic they used) is of an '05 female. She is a beautiful firey orange. She now has a home with a gentleman on the east coast.

Bob, don't worry, even though I have now achieved world-wide celebrity status (do I even need to say lol?), there will always be a place in my heart for the little people who have helped me get here.

Thanks again!

Jasmine,
....Reptiles magazine is fluff. It is full of shiny advertising for mostly worthless products. Most of the articles are just repeats of information for beginners. They bought out several much better magazines and closed them down rather than compete with them.

...they do publish many articles on species for advanced hobbyists, even come out with entire issues for advanced hobbyists, and even come out with an all-venomous issue once a year, discussing how to care for them and such.
