ExoTerra All Glass Terrarium

Snaix Aug 04, 2007 03:17 PM

Hey all! I have a female cornsnake who is roughly 2 feet and am wanting to move her from her 10 gal to one of Exo-Terra's All Glass tanks. The one I was looking at is 18x18x18. Is that gonna be big enough for an adult cornsnake?

I am also wanting to switch substrates from the wood shavings type to Forest bark. Anyone have any experiance using this type of substrate? I am wanting to create as real of an envirnment as possible for her.

Thanks in advance!

If you want to create a real environment for her then put some 2x4's in her tank and a rusty tin bucket.... The 18X18 would work for her if she only gets 3'. The exo-terras are good tanks but for the price of the 18x18x18 you could get a 40 breeder and all of the accesories. I have a 12x12x12 exo-terra that i am going to house a few hatchlings in (if they would hurry and hatch!) but I got it for free. God I love working at a pet shop! Basically, it will work. Maybe not forever but it will work. If you want a nice tank go ahead and get the 40 br.
