Box Turtle Ear Infection

I found an Eastern Box today and it has an ear infection how do I fix this problem as far as home remedies?

It's not exactly a home remedy situation...the turtle should really be treated by a herp vet who can anesthetize the animal, perform the surgery to clean out the abscess, and administer a course of antibiotics.

Where are you, that you found the turtle? Someone here may be able to recommend a vet.
