i am also not sure about the age of my leo. i mean i've had mine since a week or two into february, so mines about 5months old he looked almost new born, so im going to say mines about 6months old tops, and he's only 5-5 1/2 inches long, is that big/snall? normal? it also wont depend on the length either, it'll depend on its weight also. i have a big feeling mines slightly underweight, as it's hard to get him to notice food, and even when he does he loses interest within 1 lick. even the cricket antlers scare him off, and mealworms are like staring at paint for him, as in he wont bother lol

so, how much should a 6month old weigh? when it first got weighed it was 8g's i think, and that was about 10weeks after i got him...

He seems about normal gecko length. To determine if hes underwieght, you dont really want to look at his body, look at his tail, it should be somewhat plump.

My Male, Ninja, has looked underwieght for awhile but acts the way he always did, bites, snaps, moves quickly, plays king of cage.

Alot of Leos are shy. Set some mealworms in mini plate and let him be. He'll get the picture.

My gecko, nose to tip of his tail, is 8 and a third inches long. He is a year old.
