i know you can give vanilla or strawberry ensure to ill geckos, but im not sure about pedialite. unless your leo has a medical problem, i wouldn't resort to feeding ensure to it. well gutloaded prey items (crickets, mealworms, superworms, etc) should do the trick. if your leo is an adult and relatively big, you can try offering a live pinkie mouse. pinkies are high in fat and calcium and will definitly help it put on the pounds (or grams in their case!).
Pedialyte is used sometimes for SICK and dehydrated geckoes. Thats what its for. It will not help your leo put on weight. If she is eating normal food items, there should be no reason to deviate from a normal diet. If she is sick, you should take it to a vet.
