Breeding size

I have a 3ft normal female. She is very healthy looking, not thin at all. She is probably 2 yrs old (just got her today). Is it possible to try to breed her next spring? I was planning on trying.

are
3 feet,
300 grams,
and three years old
for females.

Males can be bred sooner because they dont have to deal with the pregnancy. Although, I have heard it said that if they are bred too young, they have a low fertility rate.
