First thing, sex your dragons so you know what sexes you have. There are plenty of websites out there that show pictures and describe how to sex adult bearded dragons. Easiest way to sex a dragon is to lay it flat on a table or in your hand, facing away from you. Lift the tail upwards about 90 degrees. Check the area on the tail side of the vent. If you see two bulges, its a male, if you see only one, its a female.
Second, digging and lack of appetite can mean one of your dragons is gravid and trying to find a good spot to lay eggs. Best thing to do is set up a lay box for her. You need a good 8-12" of moistened sand or soil (untreated soil) so it clumps together nicely but doesn't leak water if squeezed hard.
If she is ready to lay eggs, she will lay them in there pretty quickly.
