I assume this is working with Matt Creel in the office of Isett about attaching the HB 1309 and the pre-engrossed HB 2414 to HB 12.
Sounds to me like TP&W was not only behind this, but looking forward to the attachment of these bills in such a way as to promote that anti-herper agenda.
