I'm sure most of you will appreciate it. This beauty captive born yellow tail cribo is another of my newest purchases. This guy is puppy dog tame and I'm going to do my best to keep it that way! I love the scalation on these! Thanks and take care!

nice jeremy, looks like a yellow head developing too! it is a very good idea to handle them when they're small as these get quite large & can be surly, esp. the wc's. this is my adult pair, the wc male in the foreground. i got him as a yearling 6 years ago & didn't handle him except to clean......bad move. now approaching 9', he can kick my a$$, knows it & tries to every chance he gets. he's gotten me real good twice now practically losing a finger the 2nd time. i just love it when cleaning time rolls around. anyway, good luck w/ your guy & let him know that you care. lol!

Pics like that are exactly the reason I wanted one. Far and away my favorite scalation on a snake! Great, great looking animal Dan. I am paying as much attention to him as I can for exactly the reasons you stated. I have heard several horror stories and I don't really want to add to that collection! Thank you for the kind words! Take care.

Too many snakes and not enough space.lol
I am also getting into the big long Colubrids and am picking up a cbb spilotes when the temps are good enough to ship. After a pair of those its either one of the Drys or a pair of northern pines, they both take up the same space.
Cheers on some awesome snakes,
Nate

Nate I know the feeling.I am flat out of space.Nothing cooler than big colubrids.Dont forget a pair of black milks on your list.Mine are a year old and eating me out of house and home.My next purchase will be a pair of indigo's.I figure they cant tear up a cage any worse than my pines.

If lead paint is so deadly why do they make it so delicious?

I have to get some, very impressive, I keep mostly boa and pythons, my largest being a 17 foot reticulated python....do you know someone who breeds cribos ?

I have been eyeing that specie for years and also Spilotes as well.
