This is the result of crossing either a pastel het piebald and a piebald, or a pastel het piebald and a het piebald. Or it could be a pastel piebald to a piebald. Or a pastel piebald to a het piebald. . . . But basically you can't just cross a piebald and a pastel and get a pastel piebald. Both parents have to carry the piebald gene and at least one carry the pastel gene. Hope you don't take this the wrong way.
